Most tutoring companies have a one-size-fits-all approach. We pride ourselves on the high-touch, concierge educational approach that we provide. We understand that each child is UNIQUE and therefore, we work deeply with every single child on our roster.
Starting with our initial diagnostic assessment, and then following a child’s progress closely, we are able to understand your child’s learning profile over the course of several years. This approach allows students to achieve success and flow, and move from struggling academically to absolutely thriving.
Additionally, our concierge approach goes far beyond our sessions. We communicate with parents frequently, attend parent teacher conferences when requested, and liaise with school leadership on behalf of our students. This is all included as part of your experience with Kids Who Flow.

Each session will look different based upon your child’s initial diagnostic assessment. We use the assessment to determine what level of the program your child will begin on, and to curate the materials that will best support your child’s growth and development.
As your child progresses and their needs change, we raise the bar to meet each new milestone and provide your learner with enrichment that will both challenge them, and inspire them to continue to grow.

We curate and select materials based on your child’s initial diagnostic assessment. Often times, your child will be involved in the creative process by selecting a game, activity, or material that excites them on a particular day. Other times, we will build our curation as we get to know the way your child learns best. Most importantly, the selection of materials that our educators curate for your child will evolve and grow as your child evolves and grows through the program!

Creative flow is a psychology term coined by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. Colloquially referred to as feeling “in the zone”, creative flow is a state of mind where you are fully immersed in an activity. Flow experiences cultivate a deep sense of focus, engagement, and concentration. When in a creative flow state, your child will be able to unlock new levels of their academic potential.
